The New sequel to the Tron: Legacy titled Tron 3 is in development with Disney studios. Disney hired Jesse Wigutow to pen the script taking over from David DiGilio.
Justin Springer, a co-producer on Legacy, is producing Tron 3. Joseph Kosinski directs the sequel, who also directed Tron: Legacy. The studio is in talks to reprise Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Cillian Murphy and Jeff Bridges in their roles.
